As Arbitrack's first designer, I ran end-to-end discovery: heuristic evaluation, competitive analysis, and user research. Results contributed to product roadmap balancing user and business needs, and a legally scoped AI feature built on Anthropic's MCP.

Arbitrack's Product Finder connects via API to a third-party tool built for a broader audience with 120 filters, most of it noise for merchants. Redesigned from a cramped modal into a scalable page with 15 MVP filters, a consistent field system, and key features made discoverable.

Inherited a partially-built library and rebuilt it with token architecture, component documentation, and an adoption strategy across 5 products and 50+ engineers. Dev timelines shortened ~25%; design comment threads dropped ~70%.

An iOS and Android wallet for U.S. European users managing multi-currency accounts, cross-border transfers, and physical and virtual cards.

Designed two enterprise portals from scratch with no brief and no prior domain knowledge — a business payment portal covering ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, bulk transfers, and approval workflows, and an internal back-office portal for KYC/AML, underwriting, and fraud monitoring.

Designed five interconnected payment surfaces (merchant dashboard, mPOS card reader app, consumer wallet, customer checkout, and backoffice admin portal) as a coherent ecosystem where decisions on one side of the transaction directly constrained the other.
